Please read the instructions carefully prior to submitting your abstract
Abstracts are being invited for Free paper presentation and E-poster.
Abstracts must be submitted online only through the website, abstracts submitted via
email/fax or any other means will not be accepted.
All abstracts must be submitted in English language only.
Each author can submit only one abstract in each segment as the first (presenting) author.
The abstract must be written in 250 words.
The title of the abstract must be concise, avoid using abbreviations.
Abstract should include the following headings: Aim/purpose, methods, results and
conclusions. Include graphs/tables/images/references in the abstract. Do not mention the
name of the institute or any author names in the abstract body.
The abstract submission is open till 31 th August midnight. Late submissions will NOT be accepted.
Categories: 1. Original Study 2. Case Reports 3. Case Series 4. Observational Studies.
In submitting the abstracts, the authors also grant the organising committee, the right to
publish the abstract in electronic form.
The submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific committee. The review process is
confidential, and the committee’s decision is final.
